使用假币多次被处理，重操旧业再次作案又被抓

</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom:1.875rem;font-size:17px">接警后，派出所所长仇海峰首先安排各责任区民警就相关情况向辖区居民提醒加以防范，发现情况第一时间报警，其次加大对外来人员登记和排查，以从中发现案件可靠线索。“我们联系区局的刑侦大队派员支持，根据现场勘查、作案手法分析，三起案件为同一人所为。”</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom:1.875rem;font-size:17px">最后，在大丰区局网安大队的技术支持下，调取案发地的视频分析研判，最终锁定违法嫌疑人陈某。</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom:1.875rem;font-size:17px">据调查，4月19日下午3时许，民警通过网上视频跟踪，得到可靠线索，终于将流窜至大丰区商业街，准备再次作案的违法嫌疑人陈某抓获归案，在其身上现场查获100元面值假币5张。</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:center;margin-bottom:1.875rem;font-size:17px"></p><p style="text-align: center;">

</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom:1.875rem;font-size:17px">经审查，违法嫌疑人陈某，男，38岁，射阳县人，2011年5月，因非法使用伪造的人民币被射阳县公安局行政拘留五日；2021年2月，因非法持有伪造的人民币被滨海县公安局行政拘留十日。</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom:1.875rem;font-size:17px">“他多次窜至大丰区西河口、工农路等商铺相对集中的地方，专门挑选年龄大、反应慢、视力不好的店主下手。”办案民警告诉记者，陈某乘店主不备，使用100元假币到商店购买几块钱的香烟、水果等物品，找回零钱后迅速逃离现场。</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:center;margin-bottom:1.875rem;font-size:17px"></p><p style="text-align: center;">

</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom:1.875rem;font-size:17px">陈某交待，因其好吃懒做，没有工作，最近手头缺钱花，于是贼心不改，重操旧业，因其以前曾被公安机关打击处理过，具有一定反侦查能力，于是他通过手机导航，专门寻找离家比较远，没有熟人的地方，通过佩戴头盔和口罩，进行外表伪装后作案，一旦得手迅速逃离现场，没有想到天网恢恢、疏而不漏，这么快就被大丰警方抓获。</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 1.875rem; font-size:17px;">目前，陈某已被盐城市大丰区公安局行政拘留，案件正在进一步深挖调查之中。</p><p class="formatted" style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 1.875rem; font-size:17px;">校对 李海慧</p></div>
