font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Light; color: rgb(255, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;">自2020年10月12日起，在全市范围内实施零售药店退烧、止咳、抗病毒等药品实名登记销售制度</span><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Light; box-sizing: border-box !important;">。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Light; box-sizing: border-box !important;">二、零售药店销售退烧、止咳、抗病毒等药品时，应让购药人填写《零售药店退烧、止咳、抗病毒等药品销售登记表》（见附件），实名登记购买人、使用人的身份证号、住址、手机号码、体温信息、有无高风险地区出入史和人员接触史、所购药品名称等信息。对体温异常的，要督促、劝导其到医疗机构及时就诊。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Light; box-sizing: border-box !important;">三、零售药店要严格落实处方药凭处方销售管理规定，确保营业时间有执业药师或其他药学专业技术人员在岗执业，严格做好处方审核，确认处方真实有效的方可销售，并按规定留存处方备查。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
