<div class="post_body"><p align="center"> https://nimg.ws.126.net/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdingyue.ws.126.net%2F2020%2F1107%2Fee488b72j00qjf43g0009c000gv005em.jpg&thumbnail=650x2147483647&quality=80&type=jpg<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> <strong>近期，省内多地遭新型短信诈骗“冒充工商局虚假链接”的轰炸，每天都有多人报案被骗。该类诈骗针对性强，受害人多为中小企业法人和个体工商户。骗子通过短信发消息，自称是工商局，以“营业执照未如期上报，延时将自动销户，导致无法正常营业”为由，让受害人点击短信中的链接进行申报。受害人点开这个短信上的链接并输入银行卡卡号、密码、验证码、金额、身份证号码后，银行卡内钱被转走。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> <strong>该类案件突出特点：</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> 1</p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> <strong>发送短信号码大多为00、10开头的长号，如：0060149999999、1065500999999等，群众如果发现有此类型号码发来短信，请不要理睬并拉入黑名单。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> 2</p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> <strong>在此类诈骗短信中一定会有冒充工商局的虚假链接，如：dugnhk.cc、a.daqs20.cc、gshang20f.cc等，网址后缀多为.cc。政府网站域名统一以“.gov.cn”为后缀的英文域名和以“.政务”为后缀的中文域名,如果自称是政府官网而网址链接后缀却非政府官网后缀的一定是虚假链接，直接不理睬，并把对方手机号拉进黑名单。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> 3</p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> <strong>诈骗分子诈骗目标多为中小企业法人、个体工商户，请此类人员提高警惕，谨防诈骗！如您身边有此类人员，也请提醒其注意防范。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> <strong>盐城市反电信网络诈骗中心</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> <strong>2020年11月5日</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom : 26px;"> 来源：盐城反诈骗</p>
