盐城一电动车冲进河里祖孙俩落水，退役老兵跳河救人
<tr><strong>现代快报讯</strong><font color="#3b3b3b"><font face="SimHei"><font size="3"> “要不是您及时相救，我母亲和女儿的性命可能就难保了。”11月23日上午8点多钟，盐城市射阳县长荡镇西厦社区居民沈加益搀着6岁的女儿沈欣欣，代表母亲汪素霞将一名写有“见义勇为 品德高尚”的锦旗，送到了该社区居委会党总支书记助理、退役军人韩立军家，表达感谢之情。</font></font></font><br />

</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:40px;text-indent:nullem;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(59, 59, 59)"><font face="SimHei"><font size="3">现代快报记者了解到，11月13日早上7点20分左右，汪素霞骑四轮电动车从家门口出发送孙女上学，由于刹车档没有踩好，电动车霎时间就像脱缰的野马，直向家门口西侧的新民河中冲去。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:40px;text-indent:nullem;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(59, 59, 59)"><font face="SimHei"><font size="3">“不得了！有人落水了！快救人啊！”正在新民河西岸散步的邻居顾秀芳见此情景，连忙大声呼救起来。汪素霞的老伴沈玉清听到呼救声，跑出堂屋拔腿就下河，拼命地把电瓶车往上拽，不过依然阻挡不了水流，电动车还是慢慢向河中央深处沉去。</font></font></font></p><br />

</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:40px;text-indent:nullem;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(59, 59, 59)"><font face="SimHei"><font size="3">“我当时正在祖母家吃早饭，听到呼救声，我把饭碗一丢跑向了河边。”韩立军告诉现代快报记者，他往新民河中一看，只见沈欣欣的两只小手正在电瓶车里拼命地挥舞，汪素霞正在使劲用拳头砸电动车上的玻璃。这条河有2.5米深，奶孙俩生命危在旦夕。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:40px;text-indent:nullem;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(59, 59, 59)"><font face="SimHei"><font size="3">韩立军没有多想，立刻脱去衣服，扑通一声跳下河，扎了三个猛子游到电动车旁，先将小孩沈欣欣从电动车车窗里拉了出来递给其爷爷沈玉清，然后又砸掉车门将已经喝了几个水正在拼命挣扎的汪素霞拉上了岸。人救上来了，冻得浑身直哆嗦的韩立军，回家换好衣服后又去社区上班了。</font></font></font></p><br />

</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:40px;text-indent:nullem;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(59, 59, 59)"><font face="SimHei"><font size="3">“我之前一直在外面开挖掘机，这次周末回来听说邻居韩立军跳河救下了我女儿和母亲，心里万分感激，于是专门请人做了一面锦旗，当面向韩立军表达全家人的谢意。” 沈加益说。 </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:40px;text-indent:nullem;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(59, 59, 59)"><font face="SimHei"><font size="3">现代快报记者了解到，韩立军曾在南海某舰队服役16年，退役前任四级军士长。2017年11月，韩立军被镇党委任命为西厦社区居委会书记助理。“韩立军平时工作认真负责，兢兢业业。特别在全国第七次人口普查工作中，不但经常加班加点，还主动帮助年纪较大的、不会使用电脑的村干部登录相关数据信息，是一位优秀社区干部。”该镇西厦社区居委会支委、镇“好人”志愿者服务队负责人杨红萍说，社区准备推荐韩立军申报“最美长荡人”表彰。 </font></font></font></p><br />
