<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">岁月不居，时节如流。刚刚过去的2020年，我们遭遇了极不寻常的困难挑战，进行了极不容易的艰辛奋斗，创造了极不平凡的发展成绩，疫情防控和经济社会发展获得“双胜利”，“十三五”圆满收官，如期全面建成高水平小康社会，“强富美高”新盐城建设取得重大阶段性成果。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">这一年，我们众志成城、护佑生命。面对新冠疫情的大战大考，我们坚持听中央号令、抓主要矛盾、下明确指示、靠人民群众，不惜一切代价保护人民生命安全和身体健康，用21天实现本地确诊病例“零新增”，在全省率先实现患者治愈出院，做到了感染病例零死亡、医务人员零感染；先后7批次253名白衣天使驰援湖北，人员规模居全省前列；发扬开放包容传统，对在盐韩籍及其他外籍人员实行“新市民”待遇，赢得社会广泛赞誉；建成全省首个新冠病毒核酸城市检测基地，日最大检测能力超过5万份。在这场伟大的抗疫斗争中，广大党员冲锋在前，医务人员舍生忘死，公安干警恪尽职守，基层干部坚守一线，快递小哥冒疫奔忙，大家都是我们这座城市的真正英雄，生动诠释了伟大抗疫精神、印证了巨大制度优势。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">这一年，我们行稳致远、开创新局。我们统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展，抓好“六稳”“六保”工作落实，持续打好“三大攻坚战”，经济实现稳步上升。特别是粮食生产再创新高，为中国饭碗里装进更多“盐城粮”，为全国农副产品保供作出了盐城贡献。我们坚定不移抓好汽车、钢铁、新能源和电子信息四大主导产业，开票销售占全市半壁江山，生态优先、绿色发展的路径更加清晰。我们坚定不移接轨大上海、深耕长三角，盐通高铁建成通车，滨海、射阳和响水港区获批国家一类开放口岸，长三角康养小镇成功落户。我们坚定不移推进更高水平对外开放，成功举办江苏—韩国企业家合作交流会，是疫情以来江苏最大规模经贸活动，外贸进出口逆势大幅增长，金光、SKI等重大项目顺利推进，淮河生态经济带出海门户开放势能愈发耀眼。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">这一年，我们初心不改、幸福随行。我们始终坚持以人民为中心发展思想，民生支出占比提高到79%，20件重点民生实事顺利完成，脱贫攻坚取得决定性成就，近9万户城乡居民住上好房子，用发展温度托起了群众“稳稳的幸福”。我们坚决打好蓝天、碧水、净土保卫战，国省考断面全部达标，空气质量稳居全省前列，清泓环绕、蓝绿交织的大美形态加速呈现，“世界自然遗产之城”的独特魅力举世瞩目。以全国第二名成绩创成全国文明城市，“十没有”“二十有”城市精细化管理理念深入人心，成为“城市让生活更美好”的新典范。</span></p>
