<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">在全国第58个“学雷锋日”到来之际，3月4日，我市举办“学雷锋践初心 向建党百年献礼”主题活动暨2021年“学雷锋志愿服务”启动仪式。启动仪式上，展播了优秀志愿者先进事迹，表彰了2020年盐城市学雷锋志愿服务“四个10”先进典型，举行了“学雷锋践初心 向建党百年献礼”盐城市学雷锋志愿服务活动授旗仪式，并发布了20个全市学雷锋月重点志愿服务活动。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">去年以来，全市志愿服务呈现出积极健康向上的发展态势，涌现出一大批先进典型。市委宣传部、市文明办等12个部门联合在全市范围内推选出王卫民等10名“最美志愿者”、东台市蓝天防减灾应急救援中心等10个“最佳志愿服务组织”、赋能“小花朵”项目等10个“最佳志愿服务项目”、东台市东台镇玉带桥社区等10个“最美志愿服务社区（村）”。志愿服务是社会文明进步的重要标志，是丈量一座城市温度的重要标尺。滨海县齐心社会服务中心实施的赋能“小花朵”项目，此次被表彰为“最佳志愿服务项目”。项目以“社工+心理咨询师+志愿者”的联动模式，在走访调研了解留守儿童和困境儿童现状的基础上，精准分类开展“小小丫”女童关爱保护、“爱心妈妈”助孤结对行动和“阳光少年”爱心助学等帮扶活动。志愿者王惠介绍，遇到特殊的服务对象，会建立一对一、面对面的跟踪服务，帮助他们摆脱生活困境，树立信心，乐观面对生活。自项目实施以来，志愿者已深入50余个村居，结对关爱168人，捐献物资款项40万余元。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">“最美志愿者”王卫民靠种植西瓜致富，是东台市有名的“土专家”。2018年10月，年近七旬的他发扬雷锋精神，主动请缨远赴1300公里之外的陕西耀州马咀村传授种瓜技术，推动东耀两地扶贫项目高质量开展。2020年，突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情给瓜农生产带来影响，他又加入市农技专家志愿服务组，线上线下24小时提供技术指导，帮助村民有序抓好生产。</p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">获得“最佳志愿服务组织”称号的东台市蓝天防减灾应急救援中心，现有注册志愿者78人，常年开展野外救援、水上救援、紧急灾难救援。“不论是寒冬，还是炎炎夏日，队员们总是尽自己所能帮助他人。”该中心成员崔蓉蓉坦言：“哪里最危险，我们救援人就到哪里去。”此外，该中心在东台投放了首台面向公众服务的AED，运营着多个应急安全教育培训基地和救援体验馆。崔蓉蓉说，“作为普通人，学会应急救援，既有益于自己，也能帮助到他人。”</p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">去年开展100余场次“移风易俗我先行”“文明行动看南沃”等志愿服务活动的射阳县盘湾镇南沃村，此次被表彰为“最美志愿服务社区（村）”。“‘有困难找志愿者、有时间做志愿者’是南沃人生活新风尚。”该镇镇政府工作人员梁皓介绍，南沃村有深厚的志愿服务氛围。得益于2018年新时代文明实践站的成立，志愿者队伍逐步实现制度化、品牌化。截至目前，该村江苏平台注册志愿者571人，占常住人口37.1%。</p>

<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 30px;; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">2020年，我市深入开展“文明盐城·月月行”主题志愿服务活动，全年在主流媒体发布176个重点志愿服务项目；13万名志愿者在疫情防控、复工复产中贡献力量；在志愿江苏平台新增注册志愿者12万余人、志愿服务组织410个，累计开展各类志愿服务活动9万余次，惠及城乡居民超百万人次，“有困难找志愿者、有时间做志愿者、有爱心当志愿者”的理念深入人心。</p>
