你公司《关于“水榭春天”商品房销售价格的备案报告》收悉。
</p>
<p style="font-size: 17px;line-height: 30px;text-indent:2em;">
根据《省物价局关于严格执行商品住房销售“一价清”<span>制度的通知》（苏价服〔2012〕104号）、《响水县商品住房价格备案制度实施办法》(响政办发〔2012〕38号)等商品房价格管理的有关规定，现将“水榭春天”小区3#、6#、7#、14#楼商品房销售备案价格批复如下：</span>

<p style="font-size: 17px;line-height: 30px;text-indent:2em;">
一、本次报备的“水榭春天”小区商品房总建筑面积为173663.78㎡，本批报备商品房共4幢，销售面积为24419.66㎡，楼幢号3#、6#、7#、14#楼。经审核，商品住房平均销售价格为7998元/㎡（具体价格见附件），此备案价格为最高销售价格。

二、供水、供电、住房的有线电视、管道天然气等附属公共配套设施、公共基础设施费用已纳入商品房成本，商品房价格之外不得向用户收取如水、电、有线电视、管道天然气开户等费用。

<p style="font-size: 17px;line-height: 30px;text-indent:2em;">
三、你公司须在取得商品房销售许可证后10日内一次性公开全部销售房源（开盘前预约的需在5日内办理完交易手续），按《江苏省商品房销售明码标价实施细则》和《盐城市物价局关于在全市统一规范商品房销售明码标价有关事项的通知》的要求，在售楼处醒目位置公示“一房一价”、与商品房价格密切相关的因素和收费。

四、你公司应严格执行商品房销售“一价清”政策，不得在标价之外加价销售商品房，不得收取任何未予标明的费用。如有违反上述规定的价格违法行为，由有关行政执法部门依据《价格法》、《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》等法律法规进行严肃处理。
